Placing Order
No, you are not required to register yourself to shop on MARTINI. You can login as guest and shop unlimited with us.
Prepaid Orders – are those orders for which you pay at time of checkout through Netbanking/Credit Cards/Debit Cards/E Gift Vouchers.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders – are those orders for which hand over cash at the time of receiving you order.
International Orders – We do prepaid order shipments to all locations in the world.
Shipping cost for both Prepaid & COD orders is different. Please refer to SHIPPING section of FAQ for more information on it.

Yes, you can gift wrap a product. We will place a personalized card with your message, if you wish so. You can gift wrap option at the time of checkout. We charge Rs 25 for gift wrapping. Gift wrap option is not available for COD orders.
You have various payment options, like Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, COD (Cash on Delivery), Coupons, Gift Vouchers. Please refer to PAYMENT section of FAQ for more information on it.
Shipping
We try to ship your order as early as possible. We are usually able to ship all orders within 48 hours. We will keep you informed through Email / SMS on shipping status. Almost all orders reach their destinations in India within 3-7 days, depending on location and courier servicing your location
MARTINI delivers all over. We ship to all locations in India and outside India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver COD (Cash on Delivery) orders at few locations in India

You can also check availability of COD service at your location on the product page by entering your location pin code.
For Shipping in India Shipping Charges for orders shipped to all locations is India is free for orders above INR 750. For orders less than INR 750 we charge INR 75 irrespective of your location or weight of parcel.
COD Convenience Charge - Cash on delivery option is available for amounts less than order less than INR 9,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of Rs. 75 as convenience charges. COD charges will be applicable over and above shipping charges.
You can view the delivery charges at the time of checkout. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or MY ORDERS.
International Orders For first 500 gms shipping charges will be INR 500 and Rs. 200 for every added 500 gms (we need to finalise this)
Currently, MARTINI doesn't support cash on delivery as a payment option for International orders
You can see the status of your order by selecting MY ORDERS MY ACCOUNT.
Though it will happen in rare cases, but due to some reason we might not be able to fulfil your entire order or will ship your order in two parts. In both the cases, you will be charged only once for Shipping & COD. This charge will be charged during your first delivery and not in subsequent order delivery.
No, you will not have to pay shipping charges if we are not able to fulfil your complete order and your order value becomes less than INR 750

You can use the order Id in combination with the email id used to check the status of the order in MY ACCOUNT.
You can also login with your registered email ID and check the status of all your current and previous orders

Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway. Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by us.
Order Shipped:
Your order has been shipped and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery. Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.Order Returned :
The order has been returned Order Completed : The order process completed Order Not Eligible for Return : The order which was delivered before 30 days and cannot be returned (What will be the status of returned order pending for acceptance, order we refuse to accept back)
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the NOTIFY ME feature in your WISHLIST to be informed if the product is available in future. Every Out of Stock product has option of being added to your WISHLIST
Cancellation of Order
Yes, you can cancel your order before it reaches the ORDER SHIPPED state. You can cancel the order from MY ACCOUNT MY ORDERS
We will notify you by email once the order has been cancelled. InMY ORDERS, the status of order cancelled by you will show as CANCELLED ORDER
You will get complete refund of Credit Points / Gift Vouchers / Prepaid amount of Cancelled Order in the original form of payment. All shipping and convenience charges will be refunded back for orders to be shipped in India and International Orders.
Return and Refunds
For accepting return, the condition of the product should be new, unwashed, undamaged & unused. In order to facilitate the return process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bag, hang tags on products, dust bags, and gift boxes. We have QC check team, which checks if the product return by customer is in brand new condition. We refuse to accept used product.
You can return the order within 30 days of delivery.
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity
In MY ORDER (link to my order), you will see a RETURN option in front of orders, which are valid for returns. After opting for RETURN, fill details needed to facilitate return.
We will be glad to assist you in picking back our product back from you, but some of our logistic partners don't do reverse pickup. In that case we would ask you to courier us the product back. We will reimburse the shipping charges you paid, maximum up to INR 100. Please email Airway Bill Number (Tracking Number) with courier name at support@mymartini.in .

Payment Options
MARTINI offers you multiple payment methods.
Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, E-Gift Voucher (eGV), Store Credits. You will be directed to these options when you proceed to checkout. For Internet Banking you are redirected to your bank website to complete your transaction
With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is INR 9,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
We have collaborated with a very safe and secure payment gateway partners who use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. The information you enter while making a purchase, is never visible to anyone
When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay". Select the "Pay By e-Gift Voucher" Option. Enter your Voucher Number and the corresponding PIN number when prompted. If the amount of your e-Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method. COD option cannot be opted with E-Gift Voucher payment option.
No, there are no more charges above product price mentioned on the MARTINI website. However, shipping charges are applicable. Please refer to SHIPPING FAQ section to see them.
Gift Vouchers
E Gift Voucher is a voucher, which you can gift to someone of any value amount and the person you gift it to can use it on MARTINI to buy anything of their choice. Gift vouchers can be a very convenient present for someone you want to give a gift without restricting it to a product.
You can buy Gift Voucher for any amount, minimum value must be INR 500 or equivalent foreign currency
Go to left panel of MARTINI main page and opt for E-Gift Voucher. Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the e-Gift Voucher (e-GV). Enter the value of the voucher you would like to purchase then click "Proceed To Pay". The sidebar will now show the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always click "Edit" to modify it. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with the e-GV details.

No, there are no charges on purchase of E-Gift Voucher. If you purchase E-Gift Voucher for value INR 1000, then you will have to make payment of INR 1000 and purchase can be made for INR 1000.
Yes, you can use it partially to make a purchase. Balance value will reflect in your CREDITS
No, E-Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
Yes, e-GV have expiry date of one year from the date of issue.
My Invitees/ Referral Program
My Invites is a referral program, where you earn credits if you invite your friends to MARTINI and they register on MARTINI. You earn credits if they register on our website. If a friend referred by you is already a member of MARTINI, you will be notified and you will not earn any credit for referring them
What do I get if friends referred by me register to MARTINI SPECIAL MEMBER : If 10 Friends referred by you register MARTINI you get INR 500 Credit STAR MEMBER : If 25 Friends referred by you register MARTINI you get INR 500 more Credit SUPER STAR MEMBER : If 50 Friends referred by you register MARTINI you get free standard shipping for 6 months. This will be over and above INR 1000 credits you have already earned by referring first 25 friends REFERRAL BONUS : You get INR 500 credit if friends register by you make first purchase of INR 1000 in first 6 months of joining.

You will be able to see them when you opt for MYCREDITS in MY ACCOUNT. There are usually some conditions applicable on COUPONS like, on exceeding certain bill amount, it might be applicable on some category, on a particular product. These conditions are mentioned with each coupon.
When making a purchase, at the time of payment you will see a Coupon Box, you have to enter Coupon Code. You can redeem your credits at the time of check out.
Yes they both have expiry date. All coupons have validity period. Sometimes it can be as short as one day or few hours. This information is mentioned with them. Store Credits are valid for one year time from the date of issue.
